Dear Members,
It is found that whenever a particular member receives a message and
he/she wants to reply he/she just hits the reply button and sends
the reply .This naturally reaches all members of the group. This is
an avoidable inconvenience to the other members.If any member wants
to send a message to the moderator he/she can send the message to
Shri K.Anantharaman,unnati with yahoo id thangam432000@...
who will immediately attend to it. Similarly if any member wants to
address a particular person in the group he/she can send the message
directly to the person instead of routing through the group,because
any message to the group goes to all the members which can be
avoided.This happens when a member hits the reply button and sends
his message.Ofcourse,if it is a matter of common interest to all
members then one can use the group e mail id.This is just to clarify
and to avoid inconvenience to the members.Thanks.Regards-
