Very recently we purchased a portion adjascent to ours in our joint familys house. Its my Grands Pas property. My father being the eldest should be awarded with the West side portion, but due to politics he got the second from west side. The second son got the first portion. My father left this house and went into his own house due to other reasons, After my marriage I joined into this second portion. Recently we got a chance to buy the first portion. I being the eldest for my father had belief that its good for me / us.
This house has 'Veedhi Potu' on 'Paschima Vayuvyam'. This comes straight to he verandah.
On first hand tell me to what extent this will help me. I can give what ever the details you need.
