Energy flow (Prana) into the house should be max and leaving the house should be min.This is the principal factor in vasthu design.If one keeps entry at south and south east though it can be accepted, it definitely calls for an opening at North east (esaniym).Subject to this south and south east entry is o.k.
South I define as 50% from south east.
This is the reason I request one of our members to discuss with layout, so that the benifit of vasthu can be maximum.
