I had purchased a plot this month
details are as under:
 
North       -        28 feel 3 Inches
South      -        28 feet 10 Inches
East        -        28 feet 1 inch
West       -        28 feet 1 Inch
 
The Plot is corner plot.
North Side 20 feet Road
East  Side 20 feet Road
West Side Kothi
South Side Kothi
 
 
Is this plot good to use as it is or need to do cut any area
