Divorce due to vastu can be due to following reason:-

1. If there is projection at North west at north side it can cause
divorce. But this has other effect also like litigation, dispute
with friends etc.
2. If bed room is at south east there may be a heating arguments
among the couple and may be a cause of divorce. But this does not
always result in to divorce.
3. Fire and water close to each other or up-down placed can be a
cause of difference of opinion.

If house is balanced according to vastu, the above can not be always
a cause of divoce.

The Brahmasthan, a space central to any premises is the most
calm and cosmically connected place. The Brahmasthan is the  heart
the house, and it should always be left open and free of obstructing
objects. It is also best if this portion is open to sky so that
premises have a benefit of space element according to vastu shastra.
You can see courtyards in the center of Ancient Indian homes and
Indian temple design; the original examples of Vastu Shastra,
forbids the actual use of the brahmasthan. While designing the house
or office ,  do not put pillars, staircase, toilets, kitchen or any
heavy objects at the centre. Even in case of factories no heavy
machineries or goods to be placed at the centre of the unit. It may
result in to the poor production as well as pile up of the dead
stock.
Precaution about brahmasthan
-There should not be a  toilet or bathroom in the centre of the
premises. It invites illnesss to the family members.
-Kitchen at the centre of the house brings frequent illness & poor
growth.
-Staircase in the centre brings too much burden on the head of the
family financially and mentally.
-Pillar in the centre is also a big vastu defect. Pillar is having a
load of structure making the centre very heavy which will not allow
your things to move in right direction.
-Sleeping in the centre brings sleeplessness nights.
-Clutter in the centre will mess up your life. Actually clutter in
the house should be attended immediately and should be removed
immediately.

Your home is called  Vastu Friendly , if it complies the following
basic vastu principles. Or else you need vastu rectifications.
Basic  vaastu guidelines are given below which are based on
ancient    texts.
1.        Your property should be  rectangular or square in shape.
Avoid property with any major corner extentions & corner cuts.
2.       It is auspicious to have more open space in the east or
north of the house or plot. The plot or house having road on the
east-north directions is better place for prosperity.
3.        According to Vaastu, the most favourable and beneficial
main entrances in the house or business premises are those in the
North East, East or North direction. The suns rays, being a rich
source of vitamin D are vital for the sustenance of life on earth;
and the rays early in the morning from the east emitting more light
and less heat are the best. Doors and windows in the east would
allow the suns ultra violet rays to penetrate into the house,
bestowing their benefits to the inmates of the house.
4.        Prayer room should be ideally located in the north east
corner of the house. The lamp should be in the south east & water
should be palced in the north east side of the temple. Remove
broken statues & spoiled pictures from the prayer area.
5.        Living room along with dining room should be ideally
located in the North, East, or North East of the house.
6.         Food provides life line energy & hence location of
kitchen should be at proper place. The best place for kitchen is
South east followed by North West. Research on kitchen at south east
shows that occupant of such house are prosperious. Avoid kitchen in
the south west corner. Health of female members becomes the first
victim of kitchen in Southwest. It could lead to surgery and other
serious health complications in the absence of other favorable
placements.
7.       The master bedroom should be in Southwest corner to enable
the head of the family to guide the family's fortunes wisely.
8.       Bath Room should be located in the North west or west
region.
9.       Over head water tanks can be made  on the roof in the south-
west direction. Underground water tank are beneficial in the north-
east direction .
10.      The Images or stautes in the  house are very much
important. Pictures depicting war scenes or painting of  sorrow,
struggle, violence ,  tragedy and of calamities has no place in the
house or office.
11.      It is said that a storeroom in the Northwest corner leads
to abundant supply of essential commodities.
12.      Central area which is called brahmasthanshould not be
loaded heavily. It should be free fromany kind of obstructions like
pillars, staircase, wall etc.
13.      Study room should be located in the East, North east or
East of the house. Student should face east or north while studying.
Use of vibrant colour like yellow, blue, orange , violet should be
used more in such rooms. Student can not concentrate in the study
room located at the  south-west or south room.
14.      The width and height of a building should not exceed 1:2
ratio to draw maximum benefits from the site.
15.      If you need to build extra floor or loft , it is advisable
to make it in the  Southwest or West area. This will acts as a shock
absorber during hard times and protects the sources of income. It is
a morale booster to inspire people to get going when things are
tough. More weight and height on the Southwest are like solid
foundation for good health & prosperity.
16.      Photographs of the dead/ancestors should be placed in the
south west corner. Avoid them in the prayer room and bed room.

Environment & Landscaping according to vastu

In this issue, we will be focusing on understanding environmental
influences of location. The location must have good energy. Living
in a beautiful environment is much more supportive than living in an
environment that is an eyesore. Premises having powerful and fertile
environment is a most successful premises according to vastu.

Although nothing takes the place of an experienced vastu consultant
to assist you in building your dream home or office, these
suggestions come from vastu principles that have been tested over
millennia.

According to vastu mountain or elevated area at the south & west is
an auspicious sign. It can be a mountain, tall building or hill
area.  By using rocks, crystals and earth, you can create this
mountain in your area. You can also use large decorative rocks.
Because these are used in certain situations to correct for a
problem, they need to be placed under the guidance of a Vastu
consultant.

The location must have good energy flow. The land must have spirit.
The aura of the location must be strong and fertile.  Most important
you should never underestimate the power of location.
A Positive environment enhances our well being. A bad environment
will cause illness. The landscape can affect the flow of a healthy
or a bad life force it all depends where the house is located and
the direction it faces. If the house is in alignment or in rhythm
with the landscape, a good healthy life force is created.  Good
healthy energy will enter the home which will make the occupants
vitalized and alert and enable them to make the most of good
opportunities that happen around them. Good energy will bring them
good health, relationships and prosperity.
On the other hand, if the house is not in alignment with the
landscape, then healthy energy cannot be generated into the house.
