According to Vastu bathroom is located in North or North-West portion of the house. If bathroom is situated in wrong direction, it can cause health and financial problems. It should not be in South, South-East and South-West direction. South sided bathroom can cause adverse effects on the health of female members.

Vastu exposes pleasant tips that one wants for refreshing bathroom. Right direction, proper fittings and fixtures, pleasant showers; everything plays a significant role. Appropriate color combination is crucial as well.

Vastu verifies to locate staircase of the building in the South or West direction. Staircase is a heavy structure; hence it should be located in negative zones like the South or the West. The staircase in northern or eastern part of house may give adverse effects. The stairs should rise from the East to West or from the North to South. The staircase should not be in the center of the house. Avoid staircase in northeast direction also.

According to Vastu Shastra, the lord of 'Agni' (Fire) prevails in south-east direction. So ideally the kitchen should be located in south-east of the home. The second best option is north-west part of the home. The stove should be placed in south-east direction of the kitchen so that the cook may face east direction while cooking.

SQUARE - This plot is the best, since it assures all-round happiness and prosperity.

RECTANGLE - In a good rectangular plot, the length of the plot shoulder be in proportion to the width and should not exceed double the width. This plot is said to be god, for its bestows health, wealth and happiness.

PLOTS FACING DIFFERENT ROADS

PLOTS WITH FOUR ROADS - Plots with four roads in four directions without any Veedhi Shoola (Spearing road) are supposed to be the best which will give health, wealth name, fame and all-round prosperity.

PLOTS WITH THREE ROADS - Plots with three roads, give varying results. In some cases health and wealth and in some other cases name and fame are achieved with certain other limitations.

VEEDHI SHOOLA

Street (Veedhi) or road touching (Shoola) the plot from different directions has different effects.

North-east - If a road is approaching the North-east corner of a plot from North or East, it assures health, wealth and all-round happiness.

North-west - If the road is approaching from North and touching North-west of plot, it may cause litigations and restlessness. If the road is approaching from West and touching the plot, it may give success and good fortune.

In vastu shastra it is said "NEVER ABUSE THE NORTH EAST, NEVER
IGNORE THE SOTH WEST". North east toilet block will have negative
effect, it is always better to remove the toilet block,the plumbing
lines &the chamber.Bathroom is allowed with some conditions. North
west entry to house makes you to take more efforts for all kinds of
work.

Generally seeing your plan , i give the following comments
1. Bedrooms at SW to be used as Master Bed room
2.Bedroom in NW to be used for Guests of If you have a daughter, she can use it
they say...she will get wedded to a good husband and live Happily
3. Kitchen is SE is perfectly okay, but the medai should be in the east, and while cooking, the lady of the house should face east. Try to put a window so that the morning sunrays comes inside the Kitchen.
if possible, place the toilet and bathroom in between the 2 bedrooms, imp note
the commode should face South, while using the toilet.
NE entrance is to be avoided because, its the place where Vasthu purusha's head is located
Try to place the door in the middle of the north direction if it is possible
Important, Puja room should not have a toilet/bathroom on one side
Best place is NE.for Puja room

Bathroom, Toilet should never be Placed in the North east
NE position is known as Esaanya , ie Its a Place for God
Usually there should be an Underground Sump, and no weight should be
put at this corner.
Please avoid Toilet at NE, it will only bring Difficulties.
Try Placing your entrance at NE, it will bring you prosperity.
North west is Vayu corner, Hence it is the appropriate place for Toilet, septic tank etc.
