 Dear Friend, Greetings

Saw your plan. it is 100% vastu compliant for interiors.
As far as the plot is concerned , it has a Trapezium Shape.
If you can create it as a rectangle it will do immense wonders.

At the western side  keep 8.5 feetand draw a straight l,
put a small wicket fence .you will end up with a triangle between the rear wall and wicket fence,  use this space to make a small garden.
similarly make the front compound wall straight on the eastern side.
again a triangle will be created.
Put a small lawn and  plant some  fancy plants
Now you get a perfect triangle
Wish you  and your family a very Long  and happy Living in this house
With Warm Regards
ganeshraam

Dear Priyadarshi Mahapatra,

This plan gives false impression that as 100% vaastu compliant but not
in reality.

As per the plot shape is concerned,it's North West and south east
corners are extended which should be cerrected by leaving the extended
corners by maintaining 90 degres at all corners as described by Mr
Ganesh.

After correcting the plot total building is to be shifted towards west
so that empty space towards eastern side is more than the empty space on
western side of the building.

Cosidering the building,Though the bed room is in the SW, south west
corner from south is missing(cut) leaving more space (7') as compared to
les space (3') in the SE corner,so bed room to be extended to reduce the
gap from 7 feet to 3 feet in comparission to the SE.Though the kitchen
is in the SE kitchen is extended towards east as per the drawing this
can be corrected by making the building in rectangular shape.Though the
portico is good in NE corner, as it is supported by the pillars touching
the ground offline to the north wall of the building it is a building
extention in north east corner. As it is known that NE of the plot
extention is good where as NE corner of the building extention is not
good.If you want the same portico it can be done with the help of the
cantilever beams intead of the colums. The other solution to this problem
is by extending the portico to the NW corner with pillars.

As the plot is facing east an entrance in NE from east is necessary.

With bed room in SW,kitchen in SE,toilet in NW and portico in NE looks
like 100% vaastu compliant but it is not so in reality which can not
yield best results.

Regards,

M.Srinivasarao.
