Hello Albino,
I think it's a typical Modflow problem (FD method): a dry cell is going to be
dry for the whole simulation.
Try to enlarge your cell height and lenght where you applied the well, until he
doesn't get dry.
Good luck,
Daniele
P.S.: if you haven't recharge from the top of the cells, you can increase your
layer number: you are going to have a dry tin layer.

Oggetto: [visual-modflow] Trouble in rewetting of cells
Hello,
I am using Visual Modflow (4.2) along with Seawat to model some
experiements conducted on saltwater intrusion.
In the model scheduled pumping is carried out for a short period of
time(in midway of the total time).
When analysing the output, the dry cells created by the pumping remain
as such for the rest of the time.
This happens even with the rewetting option being enabled in the flow
options.
Please suggest a possible remedy for this problem.
Thanks,
Albino
