Joseph,

You may only rotate the model domain during model setup, i.e., when you
build your model. You may do it by specifying a base map when you define
your model grid. This step will enable to rotate, align, or resize your grid
over the base map. Rotating the grid may be done using the rotation icon in
the Select Model Region window or specifying a rotation angle. I have never
had problems using this feature. Please let me know if this is not the
answer you were expecting to receive.
