Dear Hashmath,

Since Visual MODFLOW and PMWIN are both pre and postprocessor for the
same simulation routines like MODFLOW, MT3D etc., there is not
principal difference between these two packages. My opinion that it is
better to download demo version of Visual MODFLOW and free version of
PMWIN 5.3 and start to do some models. After some time you will
understand which one has more comfortable interface for you, better
support for operations with you specific data, whether package
supports all routines that you need, and so on.
