I do not have any brass for the end caps of the cylinder& wondered if one actually needed brass I have seen pictures of brass cylinders with iron end caps for

    Hello Sam, The Reeves cogs are all 3mm thick with the two smaller 10 teeth ones at 28.13mm outside diameter. The two larger ones with the 40 teeth are 103.90mm
